We are seeking an enthusiastic and talented Chef de Partie to complement our dynamic team and contribute to an immersive culinary experience focused on local products and a zero-waste approach.

Job Description

As a Chef de Partie, your role will be crucial in preparing and presenting daily dishes in close collaboration with the Head Chef and the Sous Chef. You will be responsible for a specific section in the kitchen, ensuring the excellence of preparations and adherence to the establishment's values.


  • Creating and presenting daily dishes aligned with our plant-based cuisine philosophy, emphasizing local products and minimizing food waste.

  • Maintaining high standards of quality, presentation, and taste of dishes while optimizing production processes.

  • Close collaboration with the team to contribute to culinary innovation and compliance with food hygiene and safety standards.


  • Proven experience in plant-based cuisine, ideally in a similar role.

  • Passion for local and seasonal products, aligned with an eco-responsible approach.

  • Ability to work in a team in a dynamic environment.

  • Proficiency in French or English.
